NeonProof stores workflow evidence only for the bounded proof, exception, approval, and fabrication handoff flow of already existing physical neon tube work.
Information NeonProof Handles
Depending on how NeonProof is used, it may store project names, client or job references, notes, revision labels, approved route references, proof photos, overlay reference settings, exception records, approval history, and fabrication handoff export data.

How Data Is Used
NeonProof uses stored information only to support the bounded proof workflow inside the app.

Photos And Imported Files
NeonProof is designed to preserve imported photos as original evidence records. The app should not overwrite the original source image selected from Photos or Files.
Route overlays are visual references only and do not create measurement, electrical, safety, or engineering certification.
Local Storage
Project records, imported route references, proof photos, and exported backups may be stored locally on the device or in user-selected Files locations. Backup and export actions are initiated by the user.
Sharing
NeonProof does not present itself as a social network or advertising service. Any handoff package, backup, or evidence file is shared only when the user explicitly exports or sends it.
Data Retention
Retention of proof records is controlled by the user or organization operating the app. If app data is removed or the app is uninstalled, locally stored information may be deleted from the device, except for copies exported to Files or other storage destinations.
Children's Privacy
NeonProof is intended for professional or operational workflow use and is not directed to children.
