NeonProof Legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of NeonProof as a bounded proof workflow app for physical neon tube evidence, exception review, approval history, and fabrication handoff records.
Bounded Product Scope
NeonProof is a bounded proof workflow tool for documenting physical neon tube evidence, exceptions, approvals, and fabrication handoff records.
Route overlays, imported reference files, and proof photos are visual comparison aids and evidence records only.
- route design, font conversion, CAD, or CAM
- bending pattern generation or dimensional verification
- electrical layout, transformer sizing, or compliance certification
- installation, safety, or engineering certification
User Responsibilities
Users remain responsible for fabrication requirements, approval authority, legal obligations, site-specific checks, and professional judgment.
- fabrication requirements and production decisions
- approval authority and signoff procedures
- legal obligations and site-specific checks
- professional judgment regarding installation, electrical work, and safety
Evidence Integrity
Users should maintain accurate project records and original evidence. NeonProof is intended to preserve imported photos as source evidence and must not be used to misrepresent dimensional accuracy, electrical condition, safety status, or engineering approval.
Exports And Sharing
Backup files, snapshots, and fabrication handoff exports are generated at the user's request. Users are responsible for reviewing exported content before sharing it with clients, fabricators, reviewers, or other third parties.
Availability And Feature Scope
As of build 0.1.0 (1), NeonProof does not include active in-app purchases, subscriptions, or StoreKit-based feature unlocks.
If paid workflow features are introduced later, they must remain consistent with the bounded scope described on this site and must not change the meaning of proof evidence, approvals, exception history, or fabrication handoff records.
Warranty Disclaimer
NeonProof is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
